Follow-ups on conversations you've had with us
Responses to questions you've submitted to us

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, typically up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or offer.

Opt-out and help

You may opt out of text messages from Black Nova LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms and limitations of your mobile carrier, and Black Nova LLC is not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or filtered by carriers or devices.
